Patrick wanted a sound closer to the Ultra Plus from this amp. The modification made (available in France through the Peavey Official Service) gives a smoother treble.

Recently acquired by Patrick - the very portable Classic 20 amp from the '90's - it is difficult to find and no longer in production. It gives a clean warm sound, and when plugged into a cab it's a monster!

FRONT PANEL DESCRIPTIONS

Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) with variable view angle adjustment for easy visibility. Tuner LED Blinking red indicates that the tuner is active
Bank/Tuner Button pressed once selects Bank mode. Then, pressing a "Numbered" button once selects a Bank. Pressing the Bank/Tuner button twice selects Tuner mode.The LED will begin blinking indicating that the tuner is active. Once tuning has been completed, pressing any switch will return you to the active program.

PFC10 Rear view

Power Supply

Required when using a 5-pin MIDI cable with MIDI equipment other than theTube Fex or TransFex 212. Use only the 16-16.5 volt AC 1,000 mA adaptor, Peavey part #70900660, available as an option
Caution:
Use only the optional 16.5 volt power supply for this product. If the (optional) power supply must be replaced, consult an Authorized Peavey Dealer or the factory for the correct replacement. Failure to use the correct power supply could result in fire, shock hazard, extensive circuit damage, decreased performance, and/or non-operation.

View Angle Adjustment

This adjusts the view angle of the LCD display to provide the most comfortable viewing angle.

MIDI/Remote Out Jack

Used when connecting to an effects unit. Use a standard 5-pin MIDI cable with effects units other than the Peavey Tube Fex or TransFex 212. When using the Tube Fex or TransFex 212, use the 8-pin MIDI cable provided.This will allow you to use the PFClO Professional MID Foot Controller's "intelligent" operation, and it will connect the PFC 10 to the Phantom power supplied from the Tube Fex or TransFex 212.

Control Voltage Jacks

The CC6 jack transmits Controller 6 when used with a CV pedal or potentiometer. Use the CC7 jack to transmit Controller 7 (volume) when used with a CV pedal or potentiometer.
